Spectrum Design provided architectural and engineering design for this private, non-profit school offering intensive educational and developmental services to seriously emotionally disturbed youth. The children who attend this school are troubled and face problems too difficult for them to resolve without help. Poor academic performance is related to poverty, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.
