With rapid growth in both membership and geographic reach, ValleyStar Credit Union recognized the need for a more unified operational base. To foster cohesive leadership and streamlined corporate support, the organization chose to consolidate its executive team and corporate staff in a new, centrally located headquarters in Franklin County, Virginia.
The design embraces its setting, capturing panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and creating strong connections to the outdoors. Natural elements are woven into the interior, most prominently in the sweeping glulam roof structure that defines the building’s character. Planned with flexibility in mind, the headquarters is designed to adapt over time, including provisions for a future Phase 2 expansion on the west side of the site.
