Mountain Gateway Community College engaged Spectrum Design to transform a historic 1916 building in Buena Vista, VA—formerly a car dealership—into a center for education and workforce development. The Joe Wilson Workforce Development Center now houses hands-on labs and training programs designed to equip students with in-demand technical skills sought by today’s employers. This initiative not only addresses local workforce needs but also serves as a catalyst for economic revitalization and regional growth.
